This website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, if offered upon condition of your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and policies referenced herein.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By making a purchase from Spraydex or The Frog Box, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Product.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Furniture Listings & Orders

When you’re placing an order for any of our furniture, we’ll ask for the full amount to be paid at that time.

All products on this website are limited in quantity and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown. Many conditions such as monitor settings can affect the colouring of items in a picture.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products or information provided will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Kitchen Refurbishments

There are a few services that will need to be provided on-site; this work is charged as an hourly rate or day rate, according to the work that is required. There is a separate charge for assembly / disassembly of kitchens, and the collection / delivery of items.

Kitchen refurbishments require all removable parts to be brought to the workshop for preparation and refurbishment; a 50% deposit is required upon receiving the cabinet doors to cover materials. The remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery.

On-site Spraying

Mileage at 45 pence per mile shall be charged for each journey to site to cover fuel and time spent travelling to your location. Prior to travelling, a mileage estimate will be provided which will be applied for each journey to that location.

Any additional fees incurred by additional journeys to site and unforeseen expenses will be brought to your attention as they occur and added to the final invoice.

Commercial Projects

Large projects may require many meetings, emails and planning. For clarity of both parties, we require a detailed worksheet and billing agreement to be signed before work begins. A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be supplied.

Billing

We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Modifications to Prices

Even though we do our very best to make sure all furniture have the right price displayed in-store and online, very rarely we might get something wrong.

If that happens in store, we’ll let you know before you pay for it, and you’ll pay the correct price if you’d still like to take it home. If that happens online, we’ll let you know before we send the order out to you to see if you’d like to pay the correct price or cancel the order. If we can’t get in touch with you, we’ll go ahead and cancel it.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Product without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you for any modification, price change or discontinuance of a Product.
